Posabilities physical therapy, yoga and yoga therapy is dedicated to promoting individuals in realizing their greatest potential for health, wellness and happiness. We provide a continuum of services and classes to reduce imbalances and discomfort and to maximize life enjoyment. Our intention is to become a catalyst for health in Oxford Hills by being leaders in supporting individuals in their quest for health and wellness and by collaborating with wellness partners and practitioners in providing this support. In addition to physical and yoga therapy services and therapeutic yoga classes provided by owner and operator Katey Hawes, MS, PT, RYT, and Vinyasa yoga classes offered by OH Yoga! instructors, we offer a therapeutic space for our wellness partners to provide their independent services and classes.
