Governments are looking for small businesses to provide the services and products they need, which is just about everything. Eastern Maine Development Corporation’s Maine APEX (formerly Maine PTAC) provide the knowledge and tools needed to sell to local, state and federal governments. Our one-on-one counseling and training help small businesses find, win and perform on government contracts as a prime contractor, subcontractor or vendor. This APEX Accelerator is funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the Department of Defense. There are no fees for our services.
