Join Western Foothills Land Trust for a paddling trip on One Paris Hill is a 7.1-acre property owned by the Paris Utility District that is being developed by the town of Paris for recreational usage. Known by locals as a favorite fishing spot, the area is teeming with wildlife, including otters, blue heron, and an abundant population of painted turtles. Join us on Sunday, July 16th from 9 AM to 11 AM as we explore this area and discuss the exciting ways in which the town can use this property. Meet at 1 Paris Hill Rd., Paris. The paddle will be free for Western Foothills Land Trust members, a $5 donation is requested from non-members. Contact program coordinator Kelly Hodgkins at firstname.lastname@example.org or 207-739-2124 for any questions and to pre-register for this event.
