Whatever your goals are, walking is one of the simplest ways to get active and stay active. With each step you take, you travel further down the path to a healthier lifestyle.
Join Stephens Memorial Hospital and Lorie Olson, Maine native and avid hiker, every Tuesday June 20 - August 29, 2017 (weather permitting), at 9:00 am in the parking lot (on the right, near Route 26) of the Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School for adventures around the Oxford Hills area.
